The Black Velvet Mystery

This is book #32 in the Nancy Drew notebooks series. In this case Nancy and the others are in a fashion show where a black velvet coat is vandalized. A girl does her own 'newspaper' and blames Nancy and soon the other students at school think Nancy is guilty. Nancy and her friends investigate and finds out a couple young brats are responsible. This is, unfortunately, yet another story that shows how many parents are not making any attempt to control their poorly behaved kids.
