White is for Magic

Stacey is sick and has been having nightmares. A note had been slipped under her door, the note saying she was going to die.

Stacey has been dating Chad, who is Drea's ex-boyfriend.

She hears a sound from their bathroom, goes in and finds the body of a girl killed the previous year. It turns out it's another nightmare. She's also having nightmares about Maura, another dead girl.

Some guy she doesn't know sends her an email, wanting to meet her at night. She's also getting strange letters in the mail.

Drea and Chad might be getting together, while Stacey and Chad are having problems. Then a large banner is put up saying that Stacey is going to die. Again, though, it's a nightmare.

However, she gets a tape and a note on her bed when she's not looking, and the note says she's going to die.

A strange guy tells Stacey he's having nightmares about her. Later she finds a noose hung on a tree nearby where she lives.

Stacey's mother tells her she had a nightmare when she was young about a girl dying and it came true.

Then someone from Stacey's past appears and tries his best to kill her. Not only has she lost her boyfriend, but she could lose her life.

A pretty good book, although the boyfriend-girlfriend stuff takes up a good portion of the story.
