Episode 10: "Youth, abandon your books and request desert"

In this episode it's obvious that some of the people there still have problems with self-esteem. Rokuro finds out that Masoko and Noritomo are back together and gets depressed. The desert chef gets depressed when an article on the restaurant comes out, saying the chef is one of the top five best French-style Japanese chefs in the country, but that the deserts are not very good. The assistant chef gets depressed when he goes down into the wine cellar to comfort the desert chef, sits down and gets stuck in a box.

Sengoku and Rokuro have an argument, Sengoku saying that the desert chef needs to be replaced if the restaurant is ever going to become a truly first-class French restaurant. Rokuro doesn't want him to be replaced, holding the idea that first-class refers to their "team spirit" if not necessarily to every item of food.

Sengoku realizes he has been somewhat critical and he ends up leaving the restaurant. There's a big dinner that night and Noritmo wants to cancel it, but the others decide to go ahead anyhow, even without Sengoku, and the owner agrees.

(Technically, the title is "Youth, abandon your books and request for desert", but in my opinion the "for" doesn't make sense and I dropped it from the title above)
