Episode 8: "The Best Chef is a Chef in Love"

Shizuka is offered an interview but a position at a restaurant in Paris. Sengoku tells her it would be a great honor for her to be accepted. Everyone wants her to stay at the restaurant, though, and not go to Paris. It is also pointed out to Sengoku that Shizuka seems to have feelings for him.

Rokuro and Masoko talk about Noritomo's odd behavior and business deals.

Plans are made to try and keep Shizuka from leaving. Narushi, the pastry chef, is in love with her and the others convince him to propose to her again (which doesn't work.) When a person they suspect is the driver shows up, they try to get him drunk while giving her a lot of orders for her specialty dish. In the end, though, she still leaves for the interview.

In the end, she doesn't even go to the interview and it seems that she and Sengoku are starting to get closer.
