Episode 9:"There are no bad ingredients, only bad cooking"

This is an episode largely about Noritomo who's get-rich-quick scheme has backfired badly. He ends up taking money from the restaurant and the deed to the restaurant, planning to get some more money to help him. Before he can leave, though, the employees show up (it's an off-day for the restaurant) in order to have singing practice which is supposed to help them function better as a team.

His attempt to steal the money and deed is discovered, however, and Sengoku tells Rokuro that he must require his brother to quit. At first virtually everyone else in the restaurant also thinks that Noritomo should leave, but Rokuro makes an impassioned speech for him to stay (seeing that he's his brother and all). In the end everyone decides to give him another chance, thinking that by staying there and having everyone know what he did and keeping an eye on him things might turn out ok after all.
